The Microtek ArtixScan 3200XL is a professional A3 prepress flatbed scanner built for print, design and imaging work. With 3200 x 6400 dpi optical resolution, 48-bit colour depth and 4.2 Dmax optical density, it captures fine detail and a wide range of tones, including shadow detail, from photos, prints and film.A tri-wavelength LED light source gives a wider colour gamut than dual-wavelength LEDs, for richer and more accurate colour. The 12" x 16" transparency area handles large film and transparencies, and the 12" x 16.9" reflective bed takes A3 artwork and prints. This makes the ArtixScan 3200XL a good choice for enlarging small film formats.

The Microtek ArtixScan 3200XL works with both PC and Mac. It includes Microtek ScanWizard Pro, the Scanner ICC Profiler for colour calibration, LAN Wizard (PC), Adobe Acrobat Reader and LaserSoft SilverFast Ai Studio. It connects by Hi-Speed USB 2.0 and supports Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11, and macOS 10.15 or later.
